Every Corporate Customer that we serve has a designated contact person handling the Customer’s given type of insurance. In the case of any questions or queries, as well as loss notification we ask to contact that person by phone or e-mail.

The contact numbers to our offices can be found in the "Numbers and addresses” section alongside. You can also send your questions by e-mail, filling in the form in the "Ask the question" section in the menu alongside. Your request will be sent to the applicable person, who will then contact you by phone or e-mail.

Individual Customers, that are using our services through a bank or other financial institution can also use our electronic contact form, call a selected department of the Company or in the case of a loss notification contact the nearest Regional Office. However, in the majority of cases we recommend you first get information from the bank or other financial services agent, through which you purchased our product. This is due to the fact that insurance terms and conditions, as well as loss settlement processes are set individually with each of our partners and therefore they will be able to provide you with detailed information on their subject.
